Meet The Team

Carl White
Carl WhitePresident / Managing Partner
Carl White is a 38 year veteran of major market media, with extensive experience in radio, television, and digital marketing. His campaigns, voice, and creative concepts are currently seen or heard on multiple media outlets in Cleveland, Ohio and many other markets across Ohio and the country. Mr. White attended the University of Florida before beginning his career at WAVW-FM in Vero Beach Florida in 1979. Since then he has served in various capacities including Production Director, On-Air Personality, and Manager of General Local and National Sales. He has worked in various sized markets including small, mid-size, and major. Mr. White is an Ohio native, 1974 graduate of Perry High School and currently resides in Hudson, Ohio.
Cynthia Blain
Cynthia BlainExecutive Vice President / Senior Partner
Cindy oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency. She manages and consults on all aspects, including human resources, staffing, scheduling, accounts receivable, accounts payable, compensation models and budgeting. Her specialties include client/ agency growth strategies, company marketing implementations and collection management. She directly oversees annual budgeting, monthly financial reporting, productivity tracking, development of productivity standards models, integration strategies within markets and performs in-house assessments to redesign workflow to facilitate the most efficient use of time and resources. Cindy received her Master of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance from Case Western Reserve University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Michigan .
Eric Swinderman
Eric SwindermanVideographer / Associate Creative Director
Eric is a Creative Director and an Emmy-nominated TV producer and award­ winning filmmaker from Lakewood, Ohio. His critically acclaimed film, Made in Cleveland, is the largest independent film ever shot in northeast Ohio by a Cleveland-based production house.
In 2015, he was honored by his alma mater, Cleveland State University, named one of its 50 Most Fascinating Alumni . As a producer at ABC, his award­ winning commercials earned him a distinguished Alpha Award, a Promax BDA Award and multiple Emmy nominations. In addition to working with some of the biggest names in Hollywood – Danny Trejo, Busy Philipps and Gillian Jacobs, to name a few- he has also worked with hundreds of children on both the set and the classroom . It has been his dream to open Lakewood Young Filmmakers Academy for several years.
Jim Meltzer
Jim MeltzerSenior Strategic Consultant
During his extensive media career, Jim has worked with hundreds of advertisers and over fifty radio stations in diverse markets as small as Flint, Michigan and as large as Philadelphia. He has managed at the local, regional or executive level for iHeart Media (formerly Clear Channel,) CBS, Saga Communications, Mid America Media and Price Communications. In addition, Jim was COO of audio media acquisition firm, American Eagle Media, LLC

As a strategic consultant, he brings a unique blend of deep experience in legacy media, a well-grounded vision of its digital future and the kind of broad and deep industry contacts that get clients results. His long track record in media-focused business operations was built on developing strong brand strategies that closely align with the needs of both existing and potential users and advertisers.

Lisa Vantell
Lisa VantellMedia Director
Lisa has also worked on hundreds of political campaigns keeping candidates on schedule with production, and ordering of campaign materials as well as media placement. With over 21 years of experience as a COO and Production Director, Lisa has an unparalleled understanding of project timeline maintenance, budget controls and project resource management. Lisa has also oversees accounts payable & receivable, media project management: video, online, print, and website development.
Heather Kramer
Heather KramerDirector, Digital Analytics
Heather is an entrepreneurial and innovative marketing professional with over 20 years of experience contributing Omni-Channel marketing and AdTech expertise to major media, agency, and tech companies nationwide. Heather had a key leadership position developing advanced digital marketing solutions and growing the startup system, Essex Digital Platform. The platform was recognized in 2016 as The Most Promising Startup by OHTec, and has maintained substantial growth to date. Heather’s experience and thought leadership with advertising technology has enabled project work with regional and national brands (Cleveland Indians Baseball, Papa Johns, Qdoba, KT Tape, Destination Gettysburg, Kaboo Music Festival, Live Nation, Cuyahoga Community College, Cuyahoga County Public Library, Frontier Communications). Heather has contributed to many industry blogs, publications, events, and client directed events to evangelize and educate advertising technology, Omni-Channel attribution, data/analytics, and social media.
Adam Tyler Smith
Adam Tyler SmithDirector, Digital / Social Media Strategies
Adam uses his love for social media and graphic design to help businesses create cohesive brands, awareness, and increase sales. He has a bachelors degree in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University and has worked with a wide gamut of business and industries from wellness centers with three employees to multi-billion dollar investment firms. He specializes in branding, digital design and marketing, and social media management and advertising. Adam believes that communication is the foundation to all things especially in business and has a passion for helping other people and business fulfill their dreams.
